Return and Refund policy:

There are No returns or refunds for these products due to handling and safety reasons. 

A replacement will be issued if:

• The product arrives expired or damaged (not done by the carrier).
• The wrong product(s) were sent.
• Process of replacement (Must have video or pictures of the unused product with the damage(s), accepted in the above terms. Must not be tampered with. A replacement will be issued.
• Must contact customer service via phone or email within 7 days of delivery.
